We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email us first with a photo as proof.
NOTE: MeetIDEA’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchases from MeetIDEA by mail with a proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us.
MeetIDEA items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. MeetIDEA is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee charged from your refund.
