Q: Why didn't I receive any email notification after I placed my order?
A: The email is sent automatically by the system, if you can't find it, please check your mailbox for the following reasons:
1) Misspelling. This is very common and many users will misspell their email address.
2) Inbox is full. When your inbox is full, you will never receive new emails.
3) Blocked by filters. Now you need to check your spam/trash folder.
4) Whitelist and blacklist. Some customers only receive whitelisted emails.
Q: Where can I find the tracking info?
A: Actually you will receive the tracking info via email after we ship your package out. Please check your spam/trash folder if you can't find it in your mailbox. (Or see the above question.)
Q: I double-checked my email and I really didn't get the tracking info. The reason?
A: You can check it again a few days later. Sometimes the item you ordered may be temporarily out of stock, your order has to be delayed to process. Another scenario is that your package has been shipped and we are waiting for the tracking number. When we fill the tracking number into the system, you will receive it.
Q: I placed the order several days ago, but it is still under processing. Is there any problem with my order?
A: The order status is always under processing until we mark it as delivered.
Q: Where can I track my package?
A: Generally you can track your package via Integrated Service Provider such as 17Track, https://www.17track.net It automatically recognizes the tracking number. In some specific cases, you will need to manually select a carrier.
Q: My tracking info has not been updated for several days, is there any problem with my package?
A: That's because we ship goods in bulk, some tracking information is only updated when the shipment arrives in your country. Generally the estimated delivery time is about 20 days to most countries in the world. If your package has not arrived after this deadline, you can contact us to investigate.
Q: I filled in a wrong address, how do I change it?
A: You should immediately contact us to modify the delivery address within 48 hours after your order was placed. If your order was already shipped out, you have to frequently check the tracking link and ask your local post office to change the delivery address when it arrives.
Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: In some rare cases, we may cancel your order on our end. Before an item is shipped, it must pass our multi-point inspection check. If at any given stage, we find any issue with the product, we take it upon ourselves to cancel the order and refund you fully to ensure we don't ship an item that you're not going to be 100% satisfied with.
Q: I changed my mind, how do I cancel my order?
A: Generally we have 3 days to process your order, for checking inventory, size and quality. You can contact us to cancel your order during this period. Orders cannot be cancelled after being shipped.
